Classroom based block course of 8 weeks with the additional requirement of 36 shifts to complete course successfully in a hospitality venue – we get that sorted out for you.
Mixture of online and face to face training options also available.
The course includes 15 units of competency, and is designed to have heaps of hands on practical fun, like making espresso coffee and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, using a till/ POS (point of sale system) etc.. exciting units such as:

SITHFAB005 Prepare and serve espresso coffee
HLTAID003 Provide First aid
SITHFAB004 Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages
