A Lovely Follow Up
Last month we featured Maxine as one of Susan’s ‘Inspiring People’ Series. Well, Susan reported back that not long after the article came out, Maxine went out in her scooter to pick up rubbish and a young woman rushed out saying, “I’ve been waiting for you!”. She then went back inside and came out with a present for Maxine. She had read the article and wanted to thank Maxine for cleaning up the streets. Maxine was tickled pink, and we were very pleased that our little story helped to brighten someone’s day. Thank you everyone!
