Lendlease Presents Cheque To Relay
Yarrabilba Relay For Life is off to a flying start thanks to a community grant from Lendlease Yarrabilba. The relay will raise valuable funds to support the fight against cancer. The event will be held on Saturday 23 October 2021 from 2pm until 9pm at San Damiano College in Yarrabilba. Currently 14 teams have registered but there is still time for more teams to sign up and join the fight!
There will be fun activities and amazing entertainment for all ages, including: live music, family outdoor games, performances and presentations from local schools and sports groups.
Featuring singer-songwriter Angela Grace, two awesome bands, the Village Rockers, and a display by a local Karate group – all forming part of the incredible line up of entertainment on the day.
Awards for the best teams will be presented in categories: ‘Battle Of The Schools’, ‘Champion Fundraiser’, ‘Spirit Of Relay’, ‘Best Team Sites’ and ‘Best Dressed Team’. A special Candle Lighting Ceremony will be held honouring survivors, carers and those who have lost their fight to cancer.
