A Celebration Of This Year’s Achievements …
Yarrabilba State Secondary College held their Awards Ceremony on the 23rd of November. It was a feast of sights and sounds with much encouragement thrown in. Dancers, singers, and a percussion instrumental group played, followed by Principal Belinda Tregea’s address.

There were many VIP’s in the audience, parents who had come to see their child receive an award. Proud parents like Gavin and Fiona who watched their daughter Jada receive the College Award for Courage. It was a pleasure to see students recognised for not only academic or sporting excellence but also for showing qualities such as potential, collaboration, curiosity, and goodwill. The ceremony was a celebration of all that the staff and students had achieved this year by their hard work and perseverance.
