Exciting Things For Yarrabilba Basketball!
Yarrabilba Basketball Associations next Junior and Senior seasons are due to start Monday the 12th and Tuesday the 13th of July!
With 3 new clubs joining our competitions (Flagstone, Greenbank and Logan Village) it’s shaping up to be a big season for our association. Ages from 5 years to open adults categories are welcome, and you can sign up as an individual or organise your own team. More information can be found at www.yba.org.au
Yarrabilba Basketballs hugely successful 3×3 events are now travelling! The Runcorn Rockets will be hosting our next 3×3 event on Saturday 26th June. Our next home ground event will be held the following week Saturday 3rd of July (during school holidays). More information on 3×3 and the registration pathway can be found on our website.
Due to the success of 3×3, we have a new social comp starting. Our inaugural mixed 3×3 hustle season will start Wednesday 13th July. Aimed at age groups 13+ and all skill levels, it is perfect for the basketball families and small groups of friends. Quick 10min games with max 4 players per team and min 3 games per night, makes it a fun family way to stay fit. We hope the whole family will come down and enjoy what 3×3 offers.
And last but not least, Yarrabilba Basketball will be joining the representative clubs. Yarrabilba’s first representative basketball teams will be having trails during the next school holidays. Keep an eye out for details. The first age groups to represent Yarrabilba will be U18’s and U21’s. With Opens men’s and Women’s U12,14 &16s to follow.
