The Logan Regional Chamber of Commerce is the representative business body for the southern and western Logan region. They service one of the biggest and fastest growing regions within the Logan City Council boundaries. A chamber of commerce provides advocacy, lobbying, and representation to local, state, and federal government levels on behalf our business members. Committee members represent the business community on a wide range of government and industry taskforces and submit responses to many government enquiries.
The Logan Regional Chamber Of Commerce is operated by volunteer local business members for the benefit of the wider business community. The chamber operates under a Not-For-Profit business model in that any profits made from events are channeled back into the business community. The chamber plays a key role in marketing the region to aid further investment, trade, and tourism. At the 2019 AGM, members voted to update the name to become Logan Regional Chamber of Commerce in order to better reflect the growing and dynamic region.
Sixty percent of local businesses are small to medium enterprises, with many operating as sole traders. The Logan Regional Chamber of Commerce is here to support and represent all businesses in the local region.
Membership includes an opportunity to volunteer as a committee member where you can represent your business community and help steer the direction of the Chamber.
